What to watch out for
The record gives a welding current up to 500 A and the source description 420 A at a 40% duty cycle, so confirm the value on the rating plate. The torch from the set has a load capacity of 300 A, and on longer work above that value the grip heats up. A 400 V supply means a three phase socket.
