The Migatronic Flex 330 is an inverter MIG/MAG welder with pulse and synergy, liquid cooled. The description gives 330 A at a 60% duty cycle and 250 A at a 100% duty cycle.
What this machine is for
This is a power source for wire welding in the workshop and in the production hall. At a 100% duty cycle it holds 250 A, so you weld with it without stopping on typical structural welds, and the peak of 330 A you have at a 60% duty cycle, for example on thicker material and in positions with deep penetration.
The memory holds programs for welding different metals, so after a change of wire and gas you move from mild steel to stainless or to aluminium without setting the parameters by hand. The pulse detaches the droplet in time with the current, so there is less spatter and the weld face comes out more even. Synergy matches the voltage to the wire feed speed, so you set one knob.
The panel gives access to the full welding sequence, so you set the stages of the cycle, from ignition and current slope up to crater filling and gas flow after welding.

What to watch out for
The supply is 400 V from a power socket, the description gives no fuse rating. To work you need a water cooled torch and a sound circuit: check the coolant level, the pump and the tightness of the quick couplings. The description lists the full welding sequence but gives no set contents, so confirm the torch, the earth cable and the interconnection cable before you buy. The description gives no weight and no dimensions, so arrange the transport before collection.

This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added.
