While conventional filters offer a light level of DIN 4, the vegaview 2.5 gives you DIN 2.5, which means a much brighter and clearer view of your surroundings. True-Color View filter, weld in realistic colours
The special UV/IR filter used in the vegaview 2.5 is designed to let through a broad part of the light spectrum and almost completely removes the green tint typical of welding filters. You see the weld pool, the material and the whole surroundings in natural, real colours. This makes it easier to judge the temperature of the weld, tell apart colour markings on the metal and keep full awareness of what is around you. It is a key function for TIG and MIG/MAG welders, where precise control of the process is fundamental. Choosing the True-Color filter means better control of the arc and higher-quality joints.
