OPTREL ‘s Weldcap bump is an innovation in the field of goggle-based self-darkening welding visors, with a special focus on user comfort and safety. The Weldcap bump visor is a unique combination of a self-darkening visor and a textile cap with additional impact reinforcement. The workmanship makes the Weldcap suitable for hard-to-reach areas, outdoors and other places requiring high comfort. The textile part of the visor is made of flame-retardant and durable fabric with removable and washable and impact-resistant hard insert to protect the head. Convenience in use is also ensured by the very low weight of the equipment, as well as the placement of the eyes close to the filter, which increases the field of vision by 270%.
The ADF filter mounted in the visor has 4 degrees of dimming from 9 to 12 degrees DIN and a dimming of 3 DIN designed for use of the visor in grinding.

A very convenient solution for the OPTREL Weldcap bump visor is a belt-mounted handle on which the visor can be conveniently hung. This convenience, combined with the ability to quickly remove and put on the visor, treating its visor as a handle, makes working with the visor extremely efficient and smooth.
