Who this machine is for

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300

industrial stability, synergic control and full command of the process

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a modern inverter MIG welding machine made for users who expect high output, a stable arc and repeatable results in daily workshop and industrial work. Three phase 400V supply, maximum welding current of 300A and a 60% duty cycle give a solid power reserve for demanding production, assembly and service tasks.

The machine handles MIG/MAG processes in manual and synergic mode, as well as TIG Lift and MMA. That makes the XPro MIG 300 a versatile welding centre, from classic steel welding through stainless steel and aluminium to work with stick electrodes and TIG welding.

MIG/MAG Welding, Output, Stability and Arc Control

The main working area of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is the MIG/MAG process, designed for fast parameter setting, stable arc guidance and highly repeatable welds. The user can work in manual mode, which leaves every setting free, or use the synergic programs, which speed up machine setup considerably.

Synergic control makes it faster to match the parameters to the material, the wire diameter and the shielding gas, and it limits the risk of wrong settings. That counts in workshop and production work, where the point is not only weld quality but also the time needed to prepare the station and the repeatability of the result on the parts that follow.

The machine offers advanced torch modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T and SPOT. The classic 2T and 4T modes make it easy to match the work to short or long welds, while the extended S2T and S4T modes give control over the start and the end of the process. The operator can manage arc striking, starting current, final parameters and weld fade out precisely.

SPOT mode allows repeatable spot welds, which raises accuracy on parts that need welding time to be controlled. Inductance adjustment lets you match the arc character to the material and the welding position, from a softer arc to a more dynamic and concentrated one. In practice this gives better control of penetration, less spatter and a more stable process.

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 gives the user access to detailed control of the welding sequence. The settings menu covers gas flow before and after welding, Soft Start, and the starting and final arc parameters among others.

The Slow Feed function handles controlled, slow wire feeding at the start, which makes arc striking stable and limits the risk of a jolt in the process. Burn Back ends wire feeding correctly and reduces the risk of the wire sticking to the weld pool or to the contact tip. These are functions that really affect working comfort and the quality of the weld end.

Synergic Programs

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 offers synergic programs for the most commonly used materials and applications. The machine can work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and self shielded flux cored wire among others. Synergic control lets the operator start work sooner and then correct the parameters according to personal experience and the requirements of the specific joint. It combines automatic settings with the option of a deliberate correction of the process.

Built-in 4 Roll Wire Feeder

Stable wire feeding is decisive for MIG/MAG weld quality. The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 was fitted with a built-in four roll wire feeder that keeps the material moving smoothly and evenly.

The feeder sits inside the housing and has a practical viewing window and internal lighting, which makes it easier to check the spool, the wire guidance and the roll settings. That helps during wire changes, in poorly lit places and during a quick check of the station before welding starts. A space for spare rolls in the feeder also keeps the most used accessories within reach without arranging extra working space.

The machine also works with a Spool Gun type torch, which widens the options for soft wires, above all for aluminium. This solution improves feeding stability and limits the problems that come from guiding a soft wire over a longer distance.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is marked by high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which guarantees stable, interference free operation in a demanding industrial environment. The machine was designed so that it does not affect other machines and control systems, while it stays resistant to external interference. That means dependable operation around automation, robots and modern production installations.

20 Memory Channels, Repeatability Without Losing Time

The machine offers 20 memory channels for storing your own welding parameter settings. That is a real help with repeated parts, different materials or fixed production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and return to them quickly without setting every parameter again. The effect is shorter preparation time, less risk of a mistake and higher process repeatability.

Ease of Operation and a Clear LCD Panel

A modern control panel with a clear LCD display gives quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface guides the user through the choice of process, material, wire diameter and additional settings, so operation stays intuitive even with the wide capability of the machine.

During welding the screen shows the key working parameters, so you can follow the process and react quickly to the needs of the specific job.

TIG Lift Pulse - advanced parameter control

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding. TIG Lift mode allows precise TIG DC welding with contact arc striking, without high frequency HF. That is a practical solution wherever greater control of the process and a good looking weld matter.

The XPro MIG series takes TIG Lift a step further. The machine was equipped with an advanced TIG Lift Pulse function with pulse mode and access to extended settings of the welding sequence, including adjustment of pulse frequency and pulse width. This lets you control the welding arc, the heat input and the weld characteristic even more precisely, which users working with thinner material or demanding details will appreciate.

Besides standard support for TIG torches with a gas valve, the SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 also works with TIG torches that have handle control and a EURO connector. The operator can then control the welding process comfortably without taking a hand off the torch, which clearly improves comfort and ergonomics. In addition to the 2T and 4T modes, this option also gives an 8T mode for an extended torch control cycle. It simplifies a multi stage welding process and removes the need to hold the torch trigger down all the time, which makes the operator's work easier.

MMA Pulse and Intelligent Process Control

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 offers an extended MMA Pulse process that gives even more control over the welding arc, stable operation and a better match of the welding characteristic to working conditions and operator preference. The machine also has functions that support comfort and quality of work, such as Hot Start - for easier electrode striking, Arc Force - for arc stabilisation during welding, VRD - for greater safety through a reduced open circuit voltage.

The XPro MIG series additionally offers two advanced MMA characteristic modes: constant current and constant power.

MMA Constant Current, a stable and predictable arc

In MMA Constant Current mode the machine holds a stable welding current value regardless of changes in arc length or working conditions. This keeps the process very stable, makes electrode guidance easier and gives repeatable weld quality. Holding the set current automatically limits the need for constant correction by the operator, which improves comfort and makes the welding process easier to control.

MMA Constant Power, intelligent parameter matching

MMA Constant Power mode dynamically adjusts the output voltage and current in order to hold the welding power constant. The machine therefore adapts its characteristic automatically to changes in arc length and process conditions. This improves welding stability, simplifies operation and makes it faster to match the parameters to different materials and welding positions. The operator sets the power required and the machine optimises the remaining process parameters automatically.

A Stable Trolley and a Build Ready for Work

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 sits on a stable transport trolley with space for a gas cylinder. That makes it easier to organise the station, move the machine and work in different parts of a workshop or production hall.

IP23S protection rating raises the resistance of the machine to demanding operating conditions, and the solid housing and well planned layout of the components mean that the XPro MIG 300 is ready for intensive daily work.

Another strength of the machine is the intelligent cooling control system (Fan Stop), which starts the fan only when it is needed. That gives quieter operation, less dirt drawn inside and a longer life for the components.

Greater Working Reach, Fewer Limits

A well planned cable configuration, a 3 metre welding torch, earth cable and supply cable, gives real freedom of movement on large parts and limits the need to move the machine often. A 3 metre gas hose with a quick coupling speeds up connection and improves the organisation of the station, which makes the work more efficient.

Technology Built for Efficient and Repeatable Work

The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a MIG welding machine for users who need output, stability and real control of the process. It combines 300A of power, a 60% duty cycle, synergic control, extended MIG/MAG settings, a 4 roll feeder and program memory in one mobile design. This machine was made for work where the point is not only the welding current itself, but also repeatability, ergonomics and the quality of every joint that follows.
