SPARTUS XPro MIG 310
compact 300A power for demanding MIG/MAG work
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 is a modern MIG/MAG welder built for work where arc stability, repeatability and output decide the result in everyday workshop and production tasks. The IGBT design and the supply from a three-phase 400V mains keep it running reliably across many applications.
The machine delivers a maximum welding current of 300A at a 60% duty cycle, which covers most welding jobs without cutting back on output.
MIG/MAG welding, steady power and real output
XPro MIG 310 was designed as a solid power source for intensive MIG/MAG work. 300A at a 60% duty cycle allows efficient welding of steel structures, machine parts and assembly work without frequent breaks.
Advanced synergic programs make the parameter setup much simpler. You pick the material and the wire diameter, and the machine sets the rest by itself. For more demanding users there is a manual mode that gives you full control over the process parameters.
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 offers detailed control over the arc and the course of the weld:
- inductance adjustment (arc characteristic)
- Slow Feed, smooth start of wire feeding
- Burn Back, precise end of the weld
- adjustment of arc start and arc end parameters
- operating modes 2T / S2T / 4T / S4T / SPOT
This lets the operator match the process to the material and to the welding technique, with better bead quality and less spatter.

Built-in 4-roll wire feeder
Stable wire feeding decides the quality of MIG/MAG welding. The SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 has a built-in four-roll wire feeder that moves the wire smoothly and evenly.
The feeder sits inside the housing and comes with a handy viewing window and internal lighting, which makes it easier to check the spool, the wire guide and the roll settings. That helps when changing wire, working in poorly lit places and checking the station quickly before welding. On top of that, a place for spare rolls inside the feeder keeps the most used accessories at hand without setting aside extra working space.
The machine also works with a Spool Gun torch, which widens what you can do with soft wires, aluminium in particular. It improves feeding stability and cuts the problems that come from pushing soft wire over a longer distance.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 is built for high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which means steady, interference-free operation in a demanding industrial environment. The machine was designed not to disturb other machines and control systems, while staying resistant to interference from outside. That gives you dependable work around automation, robots and modern production lines.
20 memory channels, repeatability without lost time
The machine offers 20 memory channels for storing your own welding parameter settings. That helps a lot with repeated parts, different materials or fixed production jobs. The operator can save proven configurations and return to them quickly, without setting every parameter again. The result is shorter preparation time, less risk of a mistake and higher process repeatability.
Easy operation and a clear LCD panel
A modern control panel with a clear LCD display gives quick access to the main functions and parameters. The interface guides you through the choice of process, material, wire diameter and the extra settings, so operation stays simple even with the full feature set.
During welding the screen shows the key working parameters, so you can follow the process and react quickly to what the job needs.
TIG Lift Pulse - advanced parameter control
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding. The TIG Lift mode allows precise TIG DC welding with the arc struck by touch, without HF high frequency. That is a practical answer wherever more control over the process and a clean looking bead matter.
The XPro MIG series takes TIG Lift a step further. The machine has an advanced TIG Lift Pulse function with pulse operation and access to extended settings of the welding sequence, among them pulse frequency and pulse width adjustment. This gives even finer control over the arc, over the heat put into the material and over the shape of the bead, which counts most when you work with thinner materials or demanding details.
Besides standard support for TIG torches with a gas valve, SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 also works with TIG torches with control in the handle and a EURO connector. The operator can then steer the welding process without taking a hand off the torch, which adds a lot of comfort and better ergonomics. In this option, besides the 2T and 4T modes, the machine also offers an 8T mode for an extended torch control cycle. It smooths out multi-stage welding and removes the need to hold the torch trigger all the time, which makes the work easier for the operator.
MMA Pulse and smart process control
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 offers an extended MMA Pulse process that gives more control over the welding arc, steadier operation and a better match of the welding characteristic to the conditions and to the operator habits. The machine also carries functions that support comfort and weld quality: Hot Start - for easier electrode striking, Arc Force - for a stable arc while welding, VRD - for more safety through a lower open circuit voltage.
The XPro MIG series also offers two advanced MMA characteristic modes: constant current and constant power.
MMA Constant Current, a stable and predictable arc
In MMA Constant Current mode the machine holds a steady welding current regardless of changes in arc length or working conditions. This keeps the process stable, makes it easier to guide the electrode and gives repeatable bead quality. Holding the set current automatically cuts the need for constant corrections by the operator, which adds comfort and makes the process easier to control.
MMA Constant Power, smart parameter matching
MMA Constant Power mode adjusts the output voltage and current dynamically to hold a constant welding power. The machine adapts its characteristic to changes in arc length and to process conditions. This makes welding steadier, simplifies operation and speeds up matching the settings to different materials and welding positions. The operator sets the power wanted and the machine optimises the remaining parameters.
Compact build and mobility
Despite the high output, the XPro MIG 310 keeps compact dimensions and a weight of 26.3 kg. The machine stands on stable feet as standard, and the set includes transport wheels that you can fit for easy moving. Another asset is the smart cooling control system (Fan Stop) that starts the fan only when it is needed. That means quieter running, less dirt drawn inside and a longer life for the components.
More working reach, fewer limits
A well planned cable set, a 3-metre welding torch, an earth lead and a mains lead, gives real freedom on large parts and cuts the need to move the machine around. A 3-metre gas hose ending in a quick coupling speeds up connection and keeps the station tidy, which makes the work more efficient.
Steady work in any environment
Compliance with EMC standards means correct operation in an industrial environment without interference. The IP21S protection rating means the machine is meant for closed and roofed spaces, which suits workshops and production halls.
Warranty
The warranty period for SPARTUS XPro series machines is up to 36 months.
