TRAFILUX TRAFIMIG 200 DUAL PULS
A technically advanced synergic inverter power source for welding low carbon steels, low and high alloy steels, aluminium and its alloys, copper and its alloys. The machine is built on IGBT transistors, which keep electromagnetic interference low and reduce power losses in the main circuits, so the power source gives higher output and better reliability. An energy saving fan cuts power draw and lowers the noise level. A clear LCD display makes parameter setting easy.
MIG 200 Dual puls runs in the modes
MIG/MAG, synergic or manual mode
MIG/MAG, single pulse
MIG/MAG, double pulse
TIG LIFT, pulse
TIG LIFT without pulse
SPOT, spot welding, continuous spot welding
FCAW, self shielded wire welding
MMA
MMA PULSE plus cellulosic electrode welding
MIG pulse frequency 0.5-5.0 Hz / TIG pulse 0.5-100 Hz
MMA mode, arc dynamics control, hot start level and hot start time control, VRD module
TIG pulse mode, pulse frequency control, pulse balance control, peak current control.
Arc striking can run in 4 modes:
2 stroke, 4 stroke, S4T (special 4 stroke), S2T (special two stroke)
REMOTE CONTROL - WIFI
The machine has a WIFI module, so it can be controlled remotely from a phone or tablet running android. Control needs a free application, available from TRAFILUX sales points.
