Materials and construction
The Yellowjacket® 33-3060 jacket is an example of well-thought-out design in which each material has a precisely defined job. The sleeves, which are the parts most exposed to sparks and spatter, are made of high-quality split cowhide and provide a protective barrier where it is needed most. The body of the jacket is made of tough yet light and breathable flame-retardant cotton in blue. This combination significantly reduces the weight of the garment and improves air circulation, which makes work more comfortable, especially in warmer surroundings.
