Weldas COMFOflex® 10-2385 welding gloves with aluminised shield
COMFOflex® is the flagship Weldas glove series, designed for professionals working in the most demanding welding conditions. Model 10-2385 is its specialised development, built to deal with extreme radiant heat. It combines the well-known comfort of the patented COMFOflex® lining with advanced heat-reflecting technology, giving you an uncompromising tool for welding at high currents.

Radiant heat protection: The back is covered with a layer of aluminised PFR Rayon that reflects up to 95% of radiant heat.

Materials and Construction
Model 10-2385 is a fine piece of materials engineering in which every element has a precisely defined job. The back of the hand is protected by advanced PFR (Protective Flame Retardant) Rayon with an aluminium coating, which works like a mirror for heat and reflects up to 95% of the radiation from the welding arc. The grip side is made of top-quality deerskin, valued for its softness and flexibility, which gives you excellent feel and precision.
The heart of the glove is the patented COMFOflex® lining. It is a two-layer system: a soft inner fleece (fleecy cotton) wicks moisture away, while the outer foam forms a cushioning air pad that also insulates against heat. Crucially, both layers are flame-retardant, so comfort does not come at the expense of safety. The seams, sewn with KEVLAR® thread, hold the whole construction together and remove the risk of the glove burning through or tearing at its weakest points.
