Who this machine is for

The ALU MIG 500 4×4 is a three phase MIG/MAG welder built with IGBT inverter technology for MIG/MAG welding (under CO2, Ar, CO2+Ar, CO2+O and other shielding gases), pulsed MIG/MAG, double pulse MIG/MAG, braze welding and welding with stick electrodes on direct current (DC).

It is intended for welding with filler wires 0.8-1.6 mm in diameter, self shielded wires 0.9 mm and stick electrodes up to 5 mm in diameter, on low carbon and low alloy steel (MAG), alloy steel (MIG), aluminium and cast iron.
Maximum spool 15 kg D300.

It has a professional external 4 roll wire feeder and an integrated liquid cooling unit for the welding torch, with inlet and outlet on Rectus type 21 mini couplings. Electronically controlled stepless adjustment of the welding current and of the wire feed speed. Torch modes 2 stroke and 4 stroke.

The welder has two digital displays of the welding current parameters (voltmeter, ammeter). A soft panel separates the material being welded and the wire diameter in the programs for welding low carbon steel and aluminium. Built in synergic programs with the option of manual correction of the selected program. Choice of shielding gas mixtures.

Inductance and ARC FORCE adjustment.
Welding parameters can be stored in memory.
Fitted with a euro connector, a detachable earth cable and an MMA welding cable.
Thermal protection.
Intended for industrial use.
