The EXPERTMIG 540 DUAL PULSE is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG LIFT arc welding. The device has been invited for use in professional and industrial use.
The device has three MIG/MAG welding modes : MIG, MIG PULS, MIG PULS DOUBLE.
EXPERTMIG 540 DUAL PULSE is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum . Welding is carried out in a shield of inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the gas and wire selected on the control panel.
The device is equipped with an operating mode switch :SP – manual regulation and SYN – synergistic regulation
By using MIG pulsation, there is an increase in the amount of heat introduced into the welded part. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and to reduce the amount of spatter.
The function of saving welding parameters makes it easier to work on different materials without having to readjust the device when changing gas and wire. The device gives us 100 positions to save settings.
Both with MIG as well as MIG PULS method we have the possibility to choose the function of the button in the handle between SPOT(spot welding), 2-takt (no locking), 4-takt (locking button for long welds), S4T (locking button for long welds, with adjustment of start and end current and in pulse with adjustment of start and end arc length) mode

Physical parameters
The device has a cooler with an error indicator, which definitely increases its efficiency and protects against handle overheating.
The cooler and fans have been equipped with an on-demand system so that they do not operate when the unit does not need cooling.
The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.

The device is not equipped with a power plug.

The supply includes a device with an external 4-roller wire feeder, a 10-meter-long feeder source connection cable, a 4-meter-long MIG 500 professional liquid-cooled welding chuck, a 3-meter-long electrode cable, a 3-meter-long mass cable, and 1.0 – 1.2 feeder rollers for steel.
Warranty conditions
Warranty 12 months for professional use. Warranty service is provided door-to-door without transportation costs on the user’s side.
