EXPERT MIG 540 DUAL PULSE is a synergic inverter MIG welder for MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift, designed for professional and industrial use. Welding current is 500 A, supply 3 x 400 V. It has an external 4-roll wire feeder and a cooler. It welds stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steel, and aluminium under inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the gas and wire chosen on the panel.

Features
Three MIG/MAG modes: MIG, MIG PULSE and MIG DOUBLE PULSE. With a switch you choose SP (manual adjustment) or SYN (synergic adjustment).
MIG PULSE: the weld is better in every position, and there is less spatter.
Memory for 100 settings: when you change gas or wire, you do not set up the machine again.
Trigger modes in MIG and MIG PULSE: SPOT (spot welding), 2T (no latch), 4T (latch for long welds) and S4T (latch with start and end current adjustment, and in pulse with start and end arc length correction).
Wire feeder panel: inductance, gas pre-flow and post-flow, spot welding time, welding current in pulse and double pulse, start and end current in synergic, pulse and double pulse (S4T), start and end arc length correction in pulse and double pulse (S4T), double pulse frequency, arc length and duty.
Power source panel: hot start and arc dynamics (MMA), current fall (TIG Lift).
Cooling: the cooler with error signalling protects the torch from overheating. The cooler and fans run on demand, only when cooling is needed.
