EXPERT MIG 500W SYNERGIC is an inverter synergic MIG welder for professional and industrial work. It welds MIG/MAG with gas-shielded wire (inert gas, active gas or a mixture) and MMA. It suits stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium. It has a 3 x 400 V supply, current up to 500 A, an external 4-roll wire feeder and a cooling unit.

Features
MAN and SYN mode: with a switch you choose manual or synergic control. In synergic mode the parameters set themselves.
Arc length: you adjust it precisely, and inductance also limits spatter.
Digital display: shows welding current and voltage, wire feed speed and arc length correction.
2-stroke and 4-stroke: in 4-stroke mode the torch button latches, which makes long welds easier.
Cooling: the cooling unit raises output and protects the torch from overheating. The fan switches on only when needed, so less dirt gets inside.
Overload protection: keeps the machine from damage.
