What it is for
The compass guides the torch along a circle, so you cut even holes and discs without freehand guiding. Mount it on the SP 70 torch and set the radius. Choose the nozzle for your current: 0.95 mm for 20 to 50 A or 1.10 mm for 50 to 70 A. The price list does not give the diameter range of the compass.

Is the compass included with the SABER 70 CHP?
No. The SABER 70 CHP set (56.01.010) contains the plasma cutter, the SP 70 torch and the work cable; the compass is a separate accessory.

Böhler lists this part for the SP 70 torch of the SABER 70 CHP. We do not confirm compatibility with other torches.
