WF NX 330 SteelDrive is an external wire feeder for the Böhler Welding TERRA NX 320 PME, 400/500 PME and 400/500 MSE power sources. The SL 4R-4T drive has four rolls, all of them driven, the motor is rated at 120 W and wire speed is 0.5 to 22 m/min. Parameters are set on an LCD graphic display.
What it is for
- The power source stays on the trolley and the feeder stands at the workplace: the distance is set by the interconnection cable, 1.5 to 30 m in the price list.
- The Euro connection takes a MIG/MAG torch and a U/D torch that changes parameters from the handle.
- Push-pull torches, liquid cooled torches and a remote control can be connected.

FAQ
What do four driven rolls give me?
Both pairs of rolls push the wire, not just one. On the Smart version (SL 4R-2T) two of four rolls are driven and the motor has 90 W instead of 120 W. Wire speed is the same: 0.5 to 22 m/min.
WF NX 330 SteelDrive or WF NX 430 SteelDrive?
Drive, power and LCD are the same. The 330 weighs 13.0 kg (660 x 280 x 390 mm) and takes torch holder 73.12.039. The 430 weighs 19.0 kg (640 x 250 x 460 mm) and takes feeder holder kit 73.10.075.
Which cable for TERRA NX 320 PME?
For the gas set a gas cooled one, for the set with cooling unit a liquid cooled one, both 70 mm², 1.5 to 30 m.
