WF NX 4000 Smart is an external wire feeder for the Böhler Welding URANOS NX 3200 GSM and URANOS NX 4000 GSM and 5000 GSM multi-process power sources. It has the SL 4R-4T drive with four driven rolls, a 120 W motor and an LCD graphic display, and feeds wire at 0.5 to 22 m/min.
What it is for
- It is the only feeder the Böhler price list offers for URANOS NX GSM. In the price list sets it works with a MIG/MAG torch, while a TIG torch is connected to the power source as well.
- It takes a MIG/MAG torch on the Euro connection, a U/D torch, a digital MIG/MAG torch and push-pull.
- Rolls for 1.0 to 1.2 mm included, 200 and 300 mm spools.

That is the manufacturer's name. According to the price list it has the SL 4R-4T drive, 120 W and an LCD graphic display, close to the SteelDrive feeders.
Does it fit TERRA NX?
The price list shows it only with URANOS NX 3200 GSM and URANOS NX 4000/5000 GSM. For TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and PME there are WF NX 330 and WF NX 430 feeders.
Which cable should I choose?
For URANOS NX 3200 GSM 70 mm², gas or liquid cooled; for URANOS NX 4000/5000 GSM liquid cooled 70 or 95 mm². Lengths from 1.5 to 30 m.
