What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is for surfacing, that is applying layers with properties different from the base metal. Pure argon is the standard shield for aluminium, copper and nickel alloys.

The program runs within the T.MAP CladPulse process, which your machine must have or which you buy together with the program. The price list gives no machine list for CladPulse, so we confirm compatibility before the order. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does CladPulse differ from a standard pulse program?

Can I use another ERNiCrMo-3 wire?
