What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it on aluminium, where stable wire feeding and a well-matched arc make a real difference. AlSi5 is used on aluminium-silicon alloys and castings.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.8 mm, gas I1 (79.P1.110).
Does it suit wire from any manufacturer?
