This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for CrNi 19 12 3 (ER316) class wires, 0.8 mm diameter, with Z shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count. Z is a special helium mixture; its composition is shown in the table.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for Z. For M12 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas M12 (79.S1.054).
