This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for Thermanit 22/09 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for duplex stainless steels.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.06399).
Can I use another ER2209 wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit 22/09. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: ArcDrive CrNi 22 09 (ER2209) 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.S1.063).
