What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is for surfacing, that is applying layers with properties different from the base metal.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.26799).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to UTP AF ROBOTIC 352. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
