Expert TIG 230 AC/DC PFC Pulse Pro5 LCD W is a compact TIG welder built on IGBT technology, with AC/DC current, pulse and a liquid cooling unit. It welds aluminium, stainless steel and other metals.

Features
Welding modes
TIG DC and TIG DC PULSE are for stainless steel, carbon steel and titanium, and TIG AC and TIG AC PULSE for aluminium and brass. TIG MIX combines AC and DC, which gives good penetration and weld cleaning. TIG SPOT and MULTITACK are for thin materials and “cold welding”, and MMA and MMA PULSE for coated electrodes.
DYNAMIC ARC and CAP SHAPING
DYNAMIC ARC keeps the weld width constant. CAP SHAPING rounds the electrode tip.
LCD screen
On the 5-inch LCD touchscreen you set start and end current, AC balance and frequency, pulse width and frequency, and gas flow. SMART TIG matches the settings to the material, and MultiWAVE creates hybrid voltage characteristics.
Cooling and protection
The liquid cooling unit protects the torch from overheating during heavy use. You connect the torch to the quick gas coupling without tools. Overload protection and the SMART fan mode extend service life.
