ProMIG 200PFC AN ADVANCED PORTABLE SYNERGIC MIG 3 IN 1

SPARTUS ProMIG 200PFC is a professional, portable, multiprocess semi automatic welder. It welds in the MIG/MAG, TIG Lift and MMA processes with a maximum welding current of 200A. It runs from a single phase 230V mains.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY WITH A MULTILINGUAL MENU

The machine is built with modern solutions such as inverter technology, IGBT power transistors, an MCU controller, PWM technology and a PFC filter. Every one of these solutions holds the output parameters steady in varied conditions, which translates directly into the arc characteristic and the quality of the welded joint.

ProMIG 200PFC has a digital, colour LCD display of high resolution. It was programmed for the greatest convenience when parameters are set. A clear asset is the multilingual interface, available in Polish, English, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Serbian and Czech.

MIG WELDING

16 synergic programs

ProMIG 200PFC carries 16 ready synergic programs for materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium, plus a program for CuSi3 braze welding. The user picks only the type of material and the wire diameter. Once the material thickness is set, the parameters match themselves automatically. Manual correction of the parameters is possible as well.

The machine holds a number of functions that support the welding process for MIG/MAG:

• Wave Control, accurate adjustment of arc dynamics, gives full control over the welding arc and keeps spatter to a minimum. It also allows control of the width and depth of penetration.
• Burn Back, control of the wire burn back time, removes the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip. It also makes short MIG/MAG joints easier to run.
• Slow Feed, a soft start of the wire feeder. A helpful function at high wire feed speeds. The arc strikes steadily from the moment welding begins, so the risk of weld defects at the start of the bead is kept to a minimum.
• Welding in two modes: 2T/4T.

Manual mode

ProMIG 200PFC also runs in manual mode. It lets you set every welding parameter to your own requirements.

Spool Gun

ProMIG 200PFC also welds with SPOOL GUN torches that carry a built in wire feeder. This takes load off the machine and extends its reach, allowing work with torches longer than 5 metres.

Polarity change

External change of welding polarity allows welding with self shielded wires without gas, with the standard MIG/MAG torch and with the SPOOL GUN torch alike.

Stable wire feeder

The high quality, built in two roll feeder gives steady feeding of the welding wire. Smooth travel during work matters greatly for a high quality bead.

TIG WELDING

ProMIG 200PFC welds in the TIG Lift process. Thanks to the built in solenoid valve the machine allows the use of a TIG torch with a microswitch (SPP17-4-mSRP1B-X-8SPA is suggested)

ProMIG 200PFC also holds functions that support the TIG process:

• Operating mode 2T/4T

• Adjustment of current slope down

• Post gas gas flow after welding ends

MMA WELDING

The machine also allows basic MMA welding. The built in functions that support this process are:

• Hot Start, a hot start - easier striking of the electrode

• Arc Force , arc dynamics control, easier welding out of position

• VRD , reduced open circuit voltage, greater safety at work.

PORTABLE AND LIGHT
