In MIG Synergy mode the machine actively supports the operator by suggesting the best working parameters, such as material thickness and wire feed speed, which speeds up the setup and makes work easier when production tasks change. At the same time you keep full control over the process thanks to manual parameter correction, which lets you match the arc characteristics precisely to your own preferences and to the material.

SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 offers extensive configuration of the MIG/MAG process that goes beyond the standard settings of classic MIG/MAG welders. You have access to precise adjustment of parameters such as gas flow time before and after welding (pre-flow, post-flow), burn back, and soft wire feed start (slow feed), which lets you prepare the process properly and limit weld defects.

The machine also lets you control the arc dynamics through adjustment of the start and end current and the setting of the current up slope and down slope times.
