Who this machine is for

SPARTUS® ProMIG 335DP is a high class modern inverter welder that handles:  

  • Synergic MIG/MAG welding with double pulse
  • Synergic MIG/MAG welding with pulse
  • MIG/MAG welding in synergic mode
  • MIG/MAG welding in manual mode
  • TIG Lift welding
  • MMA welding with a covered electrode

At a high 60% duty cycle the maximum welding current is 300A. The machine runs from a three phase 400V supply.

The high class built-in four roll feeder keeps the welding wire running steadily. The ProMIG 335DP with the liquid cooler sits on a dedicated transport trolley that makes the whole set mobile.

MIG/MAG welding

In the synergic MIG/MAG system the ProMIG 335DP lets you pick the type and the diameter of the welding wire. That opens up welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, welding with self-shielded wire and braze welding. It also has functions that support the welding process:

  • Operating mode: 2T/4T/ s4T /SPOT
  • Pre Gas
  • Post Gas
  • Slow Feed
  • BurnBack

For advanced synergic MIG welding with pulse and MIG with double pulse you can set:

  • pulse current delta
  • pulse frequency
  • pulse width
  • base current

MIG/MAG welding in manual mode makes the ProMIG 335DP a machine that meets the expectations of even the most demanding user. Another plus is welding with the Spool Gun torch.

TIG Lift welding

The design of the ProMIG 335DP also allows TIG Lift welding, with a choice of 2T/4T trigger mode and settings for Down Slope and Post Gas

MMA welding

In this method the joining process is also supported by the Arc Force and Hot Start functions.

SPARTUS® ProMIG 335DP has 10 memory channels, so you can quickly call up welding parameters saved earlier.
