Technical Details and Certification
Materials and Construction
The Fire Fox™ bib overalls are based on a specialist flame-retardant cotton with a fabric weight of 305 g/m². This advanced material forms an effective barrier against sparks and small spatter while giving very good air circulation and moisture transport. The construction is held together by 3-ply KEVLAR® thread, which resists high temperatures and tearing and keeps the seams from splitting at the most sensitive points. Weldas designers paid attention to the details to create clothing that is not only safe but also exceptionally comfortable.
Safety and Certification
Your safety is backed by a certificate. The 33-2700 bib overalls meet the strict requirements of EN ISO 11611:2015 Class 1 (A1+A2). Class 1 is intended for protection during manual welding techniques that produce little spatter and radiant heat, such as:

MIG welding (at low current)

Brazing and spot welding
