Weldas 10-2392L-MIT one-finger welding mitt for extreme temperatures
This specialised Weldas glove line for work under extreme radiant heat was designed for professionals who face the highest thermal hazards. The 10-2392L-MIT model is an uncompromising protective tool, built for welding at high currents, gouging and work close to intense heat sources. Its one-finger ("mitten") design keeps the number of seams to a minimum, and together with advanced materials this gives the highest level of safety and durability.

Materials and construction
The advanced construction of the 10-2392L-MIT is the result of an engineering approach to protection in the toughest conditions.
Radiant heat protection: The back of the glove is covered with a layer of aluminised PFR (Protective Flame Retardant) Rayon. It works like a thermal mirror and reflects up to 95% of radiant heat, which sharply lowers the temperature inside the glove and protects the welder's hand at high amperages.
Mechanical strength: The grip area is made of selected grade A split cowhide, which offers excellent resistance to spatter, abrasion and contact heat.
Construction integrity: The foundation of its durability is 5-ply braided DuPont™ KEVLAR® thread. Its extreme mechanical strength and heat resistance remove the most common cause of glove failure: burnt-through or torn seams.
Comfort and ergonomics: Inside the glove is the patented COMFOflex® lining. Its flame-retardant cotton layer absorbs sweat effectively, and the soft, cushioning foam with an air cushion system gives exceptional comfort, insulates against heat and makes long work possible without hand fatigue.

The product is certified by TÜV Rheinland and meets the strict requirements of European safety standards, including EN 388 (mechanical risks) and EN 407 (thermal risks).
