Materials and construction
The 10-2392LH glove is based on high-quality split cowhide, selected for thickness and flexibility. This material forms an effective insulating barrier against the intense radiant heat and molten metal spatter typical of MIG/MAG and MMA processes. A key element, based on feedback from professionals, is the reinforced thumb base. This is one of the most common points of failure, and reinforcing it significantly extends the life of the glove.
Everything is sewn with 3-ply twisted DuPont™ KEVLAR® thread, which withstands high temperatures and does not melt.
