Materials and construction
The 10-2209 model sums up the Weldas engineering philosophy. Its construction rests on two key elements. The first is the outer layer of selected grade A split cowhide, which gives exceptional resistance to abrasion, puncture, spatter and high temperatures. The second, and the real breakthrough, is the full COMFOflex® inner lining. This patented, flame-retardant padding with an "air cushion" structure not only insulates your hand from heat but also actively wicks away moisture, so your hands stay dry and comfortable through the whole working day. The integrity of the glove is secured by seams made 100% of 4- or 5-ply braided KEVLAR® thread. It resists burning through and tearing, which removes the most common cause of glove failure. The 7.5 cm cuff also protects your wrist against injury.
