The MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA three-phase powered semi-automatic welding machine is a powerful welder designed primarily for large workshops and industrial workplaces. The equipment is made with innovative IGBT nvertor technology for MIG/MAG welding (in CO2, Ar, CO2+Ar and other gas shielding) and welding with direct current (DC) covered electrodes.

Application of MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA

The MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA semi-automatic welding machine with three-phase power supply is mainly designed for welding with welding wires of 0.8-1.6 mm diameter, 0.9 mm self-consuming wires and covered electrodes of up to 6 mm diameter of low-carbon steel, low-alloyed steel (MAG), alloyed steel (MIG), aluminum and cast iron.

Professional external 4-roller wire feeder and integrated liquid cooler for welding chuck cooling with input/output on Rectus type 21 mini connectors. Electronically controlled infinitely variable welding current and wire feed speed.

• Type of chuck operation in 2-tact/4-tact modes.
• The semi-automatic machine has two digital displays of welding current parameters (voltmeter, ammeter) and LED indicator lights: power (green) and overload (red).
