Who this machine is for

The MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA MIG/MAG welder with three phase supply is a strong machine meant above all for large workshops and industrial plants. It is built with inverter IGBT technology for welding in MIG/MAG (with CO2, Ar, CO2+Ar and other shielding gases) and for welding with covered electrodes on direct current (DC).

Applications of the MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA

The MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA MIG/MAG welder with three phase supply is meant mainly for welding with welding wire 0.8-1.6 mm in diameter, self-shielded wire 0.9 mm and covered electrodes up to 6 mm on low carbon and low alloy steel (MAG), alloy steel (MIG), aluminium and cast iron.

A professional external 4 roll wire feeder and an integrated liquid cooler for the welding torch, with inlet and outlet on Rectus type 21 mini couplings. Electronically controlled stepless adjustment of the welding current and of the wire feed speed.

  • Torch operation in 2-step/4-step modes.
  • The welder has two digital displays of the welding current parameters (voltmeter, ammeter) and LED indicators: power on (green) and overload (red).
  • The machine has inductance control and the ARC FORCE system.
  • The welder has a convenient euro connector and a detachable earth cable together with the MMA welding cable.
  • The MASTER MIG 500 4×4 AQUA has dedicated thermal protection.
  • The machine is meant mainly for industrial use.
  • Maximum spool is 15 kg D300
