Expert MIG 405 CW Compact Synergic is an inverter synergic MIG welder for MIG/MAG and MMA welding, designed for professional and industrial work. It welds stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium, and it also braze-welds galvanised sheet. It works with inert gas, active gas or a mixture.

MAN and SYN mode: manual or synergic control.
Torch button: SPOT (spot welding), 2T without latch, 4T with latch for long welds, S4T with latch and start and end current adjustment.
Digital display: welding current and voltage, wire feed speed, arc length correction. You adjust the arc length precisely, and inductance control limits spatter.
Saved parameters: when you change gas or wire, you load saved settings instead of setting everything again.
Cooling: the cooling unit with fault indication protects the torch from overheating. The cooling unit and fans run on demand, only when the machine needs cooling. The power source also has overload protection.
