Description

Driven by single-phase current, controlled by a microprocessor and designed with IGBT inverter technology. This is how the Micro 225 Synergy semi-automatic welding machine can be presented. It is designed for three, different welding methods, of which it performs excellently in each of them. It can be used both for welding with covered electrodes with direct current (DC), for MIG/MAG welding (with gas shielding) or FLUX welding (without gas shielding), and for TIG welding with direct current (DC) with TIG LIFT contact arc ignition.

The Micro 225 Synergy wel der supports wires, which are 0.9 mm self-consuming wires, tungsten covered electrodes with a diameter of 1.6-4 mm, as well as welding wires having a diameter of 0.6-1.0 mm. With och help, the Micro 225 Synergy semi-automatic welding machine can easily handle low-alloyed steel (MAG), low-carbon steel, alloyed steel (MIG), cast iron, as well as aluminum.
