Driven by single phase current, microprocessor controlled and designed in IGBT inverter technology. That is how the Micro 225 Synergy wire welder can be described. It is made for three different welding methods and handles each of them well. It welds with covered electrodes on direct current (DC), in MIG/MAG (under gas) or FLUX (without gas), and in TIG on direct current (DC) with the contact arc striking known as TIG LIFT.
The Micro 225 Synergy welder runs the following wires: self shielded wires 0.9 mm, covered tungsten electrodes 1.6-4 mm in diameter, and welding wires 0.6-1.0 mm in diameter. With their help the Micro 225 Synergy wire welder copes easily with low alloy steel (MAG), low carbon steel, alloy steel (MIG), cast iron and aluminium.
