CL10 is a Böhler Welding coolant in a 10 kg pack. The Böhler price list 2026/27 names it in the block of every WU cooling unit and in the accessories of all TERRA NX and URANOS NX machines that work with a cooling unit.
What it is for
You fill the cooling unit tank with it before first use and top up losses in the circuit. Tank capacities according to the price list:
- 2.0 l: WU 130, WU 1000
- 3.0 l: WU 230, WU 232, WU 2000
- 5.5 l: WU 330, WU 430, WU 430 DualFeeder, WU 3000
The price list does not state the coolant composition or its freezing point.

How many packs do I need?
WU cooling unit tanks hold 2.0 to 5.5 l, and a pack contains 10 kg of coolant. One pack is enough to fill one cooling unit.
Can I use another coolant or water?
The Böhler price list names only CL10 for the WU cooling units and lists no other coolant. If you consider another coolant, check the cooling unit manual.
Does CL10 fit the WU 130 and WU 1000?
Yes. CL10 is in the blocks of all nine WU cooling units in the price list, including the WU 130 and WU 1000 with 48 V DC supply.
