Ideal Expert MIG 320 Compact Synergic is a synergic 3 x 400 V inverter MIG/MAG welder for MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT and MMA welding, designed for professional and industrial use. You use it on stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium, and you can also braze galvanised sheet. Welding current reaches 300 A. The machine stands on a wheeled trolley and has a toolbox module for accessories.

Features
MAN and SYN mode
With a switch you choose manual (MAN) or synergic (SYN) control. In synergic mode the machine controls the parameters itself, and you fine-tune the arc length exactly as you need it.
LED display and inductance
The LED display shows welding current and voltage, wire feed speed and the arc length correction. The additional inductance adjustment reduces spatter.
Trigger modes
In MIG you choose SPOT (spot welding), 2T (no latch), 4T (latch for long welds) or S2T, which is a trigger latch with adjustable start and end current.
Parameter memory
You save your welding settings in memory. After a change of gas or wire you load them without setting up the machine again.
Wire feeder, cooling and trolley
The 4-roll feeder delivers the wire steadily. The fans work in the SMART system and switch off when the machine does not need cooling. The machine has overload protection, a wheeled trolley and a toolbox for welding accessories.
