Expert MIG 405 CW Compact Synergic is a synergic inverter MIG welder for MIG/MAG and MMA, for professional and industrial work. It welds stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium, and brazes galvanised sheet, under inert gas, active gas or a mixture. Three-phase 3 x 400 V supply, without plug.

Features
Control
With a switch you choose manual (MAN) or synergic (SYN) adjustment. You adjust the arc length precisely. The digital display shows welding current and voltage, wire feed speed and arc length correction. Inductance adjustment reduces spatter.
Torch trigger and memory
In MIG you choose the trigger mode: SPOT (spot welding), 2T (no latch), 4T (latch for long welds) or S4T (latch, with start and end current adjustment). You have 100 slots for saving settings, so after changing gas or wire you do not set everything up again.
Cooling and protection
The cooler with error signalling increases output and protects the torch from overheating. The cooler and fans run only when cooling is needed. The machine has overload protection.
