Praktik MIG 140 Synergic LED is a light 230 V inverter wire-feed welder for self-shielded wire (FLUX), coated electrodes (MMA) and TIG LIFT. Welding current reaches 140 A. The manufacturer intends it for maintenance work and repairs of simple steel structures. Self-shielded wire welds without additional gas, and you need inert gas only for TIG LIFT.

Features
Self-shielded wire welding
In FLUX welding the wire itself provides the shielding, so you do not connect a gas cylinder or a regulator. The welder takes 0.8 to 0.9 mm wire on D100 spools weighing 0.45 kg or 1 kg. You set the current in a range of 30 to 140 A.
Synergic control
The manufacturer describes this machine as a synergic wire-feed welder. On the clear, simple panel you select the wire diameter.
MMA and TIG LIFT
The same power source welds with coated electrodes and TIG with contact ignition (LIFT), in both cases at 15 to 140 A. TIG LIFT needs inert gas. A TIG torch is not included.
Cooling and protection
A fan cools the inside. The welder has overload protection.
