The Kemppi Pro Evolution 5200 MXE is an inverter MIG/MAG welder for a 400 V supply, with a Procool 30 liquid cooler. The source gives 520 A at a 70% duty cycle and 440 A at a continuous 100% load. The MXE panel has synergy, pulse and double pulse.
What this machine is for
This is a set for heavy production and long runs. At 440 A the machine welds with no breaks to cool down, and the peak of 520 A at a 70% cycle stays for thick fillet welds, hard facing and cored wires. The current reserve turns into less time on a multi run joint.
The MXE panel has built in programs for welding different metals, so after you point out the material, the gas and the wire diameter the circuit matches the voltage to the feed speed. Pulse doses the heat and cuts spatter, and double pulse lays a regular ripple on aluminium and on thin acid resistant sheet.

What to watch out for
The supply is a 400 V mains, and match the circuit to work at 520 A. The Procool 30 cooler needs fluid with frost protection, so before you start check the level, the flow and the tightness of the quick couplings at the torch. The set is heavy and split into modules, the card gives no weight and no dimensions, so arrange transport in advance.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
