SYNERGIC MIG/MAG WELDING
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 210s is a modern inverter semi-automatic welder built around IGBT transistors. It welds under inert and active shielding gases (MIG/MAG), with a covered electrode (MMA) and in TIG Lift with scratch arc ignition. Changing the polarity is easy, so the machine also welds with self-shielded wire without gas.
The maximum welding current is 200A for the MIG/MAG/TIG processes and 160A for MMA. The machine runs on a single-phase 230V supply.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 210s carries a synergic system for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires of 0.6 / 0.8 /1.0 mm diameter, and the parameters can be corrected by hand.
Modern engineering gives the welder a set of functions that support the welding process:
- 2T/4T, choice of one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG)
- welding inductance adjustment, control of bead width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), fewer weld spatters
- Hot Start, easier electrode striking (MMA)
- Arc Force, easier welding in forced positions (MMA)
- VRD, reduced open circuit voltage (MMA)
The professional two roll feeder keeps the welding wire running smoothly and evenly. Stable output parameters give a weld of high quality.
