SYNERGIC MIG WITH AN LCD DISPLAY
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 225 is a modern inverter semi-automatic welder built on IGBT transistors. It welds under inert and active shielding gases (MIG/MAG), with covered electrodes (MMA) and in TIG Lift with the arc struck by scratching.
Easy polarity change allows welding with self-shielded wire without gas. The maximum welding current for the MIG/MAG/TIG processes is 220A and 200A for MMA. The machine runs from a single phase 230V mains.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 225 has a synergic system for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires 0.6 / 0.8 /1.0 mm in diameter and aluminium 1.0mm, with manual correction of the parameters available. The user can choose programs for steel with CO2, steel with a gas mixture, aluminium and flux cored wire welding. The machine also runs in manual welding mode.
Modern technical solutions give the welder a set of functions that support the welding process:
- 2T/4T, a choice of one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG)
- welding inductance adjustment , control of bead width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), fewer weld spatters
- Hot Start , easier electrode ignition (MMA)
- Arc Force, easier welding in forced positions (MMA)
- VRD , reduced open circuit voltage (MMA)
The modern LCD display makes it easy and quick to set the welding voltage and current and to manage the functions of the machine. While the parameters are corrected, the display suggests the shape of the weld and shows graphically the recommended material thickness for the current selected.
The professional two roll feeder gives smooth and even feeding of the welding wire. Despite its small, compact size and weight the machine takes standard welding wire spools D200 and D300 weighing up to 15kg. Stable output parameters give a weld of high quality.
