SPARTUS® EasyMIG 325 is a modern inverter machine for professional MIG/MAG welding under inert or active shielding gas and for MMA welding with covered electrodes. Polarity is easy to change, so it also welds self shielded wire without gas.
The maximum welding current of the SPARTUS® EasyMIG 325 is 300A for MIG/MAG and TIG and 250A for MMA. A high 60% duty cycle holds the output steady through long welding sessions. The machine runs from a three phase 400V mains.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 325 has a synergic system for MIG/MAG welding with manual correction of the parameters available. The machine offers programs for CO2 steel, mixed gas steel, aluminium and flux cored wire, as well as manual welding mode.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 325 carries a set of functions that support the welding process: 2T/4T operating mode, inductance control, adjustment of the gas post flow time, Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD.
The LCD display makes setting the welding voltage and current quick and gives access to the machine functions. While the parameters are corrected, the display shows how the bead shape follows the voltage and marks the recommended material thickness for the chosen current.
A professional four roll feeder keeps the welding wire running steadily. The sturdy compact housing makes this a machine for hard working conditions, with room for a gas cylinder on the trolley.
