A SYNERGIC MIG WITH AN LCD DISPLAY
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 215 is an inverter wire welding machine built around IGBT transistors. It welds under inert and active shielding gas (MIG/MAG), with covered electrodes (MMA) and in TIG Lift with scratch ignition of the arc. Polarity is easy to change, so the machine also welds self shielded wire without gas.
The maximum welding current is 200A for MIG/MAG and TIG and 180A for MMA. The machine runs from a 230V single phase mains.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 215 has a synergic system for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires 0.6 / 0.8 /1.0 mm in diameter and aluminium 1.0mm, with manual correction of the parameters available at any time. The user can choose between programs for CO2 steel, mixed gas steel, aluminium and flux cored wire. The machine also works in manual welding mode.
The machine carries a set of functions that support the welding process:
- 2T/4T, a choice between two operating modes (MIG/MAG)
- welding inductance control, control of bead width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), less spatter
- Hot Start, easier striking of the electrode (MMA)
- Arc Force, easier welding in constrained positions (MMA)
- VRD, reduced open circuit voltage (MMA)
The LCD display makes setting the welding voltage and current quick and gives access to the machine functions. While the parameters are being corrected, the display shows the resulting bead shape and marks the recommended material thickness for the chosen current.
A professional two roll feeder keeps the welding wire running smoothly and evenly. Stable output parameters give a sound, good looking weld.
