SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse is a modern, mobile inverter welder made for users who expect high quality welds, above all on aluminium and stainless steel. The key strengths of this model are: the Dual Pulse mode, the Cool Pulse function and a built in 4 roll wire feeder, which keep the process stable and give full control over the weld pool.
MIG/MAG WELDING - FULL CONTROL OF THE PROCESS
SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse offers synergic MIG/MAG welding, in which the unit sets the working parameters by itself to match the chosen material, the wire diameter and the shielding gas. A manual mode is available as well, giving full hand control of the welding parameters to suit the user.
The Pulse / Dual Pulse mode lets you steer the heat input precisely, which keeps the arc stable, gives a clean weld face and limits spatter, above all when welding aluminium.
At low wire feed speed the unit switches by itself to Cool Pulse mode and cuts the heat input. Thin parts can then be welded steadily with little risk of overheating and distortion.
The unit has a 2T/4T function that selects one of two working modes of the trigger. Inductance adjustment shapes the arc characteristic precisely and affects the amount of spatter and the smoothness of metal transfer. The Post Gas function keeps shielding gas flowing after welding ends, which protects the weld and the wire tip from oxidation and improves the quality and the look of the finished weld.
The unit also works with a Spool Gun, which raises working comfort further in applications that call for maximum control of wire feeding.
4 ROLL FEEDER - STABLE AND PRECISE WIRE FEEDING
The built in 4 roll wire feeder gives even, steady wire feeding even when the welding parameters change quickly. Four pressure rolls mean better control of the MIG/MAG process and high repeatability of the welds, which matters most when working with soft aluminium wires and when welding in Pulse and Dual Pulse modes.
TIG DC LIFT AND MMA - EXTRA WELDING OPTIONS
SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse, apart from advanced MIG/MAG welding, also works with TIG DC Lift and MMA, which makes the unit far more versatile. The MMA method has the functions Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD, which improve arc striking, welding stability and safety at work, so covered electrodes can be welded in varied conditions.
SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse suits a broad set of welding jobs, in the workshop and on site alike. The unit works well on aluminium, stainless steel and structural steel, and also on CuSi braze welding, where precise control of the heat input and process stability matter most.
