A SYNERGIC 4 ROLL MIG
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 265 is a modern inverter wire welding machine built around IGBT transistors. It welds with a fusible electrode under inert and active shielding gas (MIG/MAG), with covered electrodes (MMA) and in TIG Lift with scratch ignition of the arc. Since the welding polarity can be changed, the machine also welds self shielded wire without gas.
The maximum welding current is 250A for MIG/MAG and TIG and 230A for MMA. The machine runs from a three phase 400V mains.
The machine has synergic programs for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires in diameters of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2mm. The set parameters can also be corrected by hand.
Current technology made room for a set of functions that support the welding process:
- 2T/4T, a choice between two operating modes (MIG/MAG),
- Inductance, control of bead width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), less spatter,
- Slow Feed, a soft start of the wire feeder, useful above all at high currents and high wire feed speeds,
- Hot Start, easier striking of the electrode (MMA),
- Arc Force, easier welding in constrained positions (MMA),
- Spool Gun, a light and sturdy welding torch with a built in wire feeder and a spool in the handle, for MIG/MAG welding,
- VRD, reduced open circuit voltage (MMA).
The high grade four roll wire feeder keeps steel, stainless and aluminium welding wire running steadily. Stable output parameters give the weld the quality it needs.
