SPARTUS Easy MIG 267 Dual Pulse offers MIG/MAG welding in manual mode, in synergic mode, with single pulse and with double pulse.

Synergic programs make it easier to match the welding parameters to the material, the wire diameter and the process. The operator sets the basic values and the machine adjusts the dependent working parameters by itself. That shortens setup time, limits the risk of mistakes and helps to get repeatable results. The settings can still be corrected by hand, so the arc character can be matched to the job, to the welding position and to the weld geometry expected.

Double pulse in the MIG/MAG process gives a very neat weld face with the typical stacked coin effect. That matters above all when welding aluminium and stainless steel, where not only the strength of the joint counts but also its appearance. Dual Pulse technology helps to limit the heat put into the material, to reduce the risk of distortion and to keep control of the weld pool. Set against the TIG process it allows faster work while keeping weld quality and looks high. The machine carries programs for materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, AlSi, AlMg and CuSi, so it covers many jobs in daily workshop and production work.

Cool Pulse, more control when welding thin parts

The Cool Pulse function supports welding with a limited amount of heat put into the material. It is useful above all with thinner parts and with materials sensitive to overheating, where arc stability, weld pool control and a lower risk of distortion matter. In single pulse mode, at a lower wire feed speed, the machine switches to Cool Pulse by itself, which makes it easier to guide the process precisely and to get a neat weld.

Steady wire feeding

The built in four roll wire feeder keeps the welding wire running evenly and without interruption. This counts above all with aluminium, where the soft wire needs sure, smooth feeding with no jamming and no deformation. The machine works with wires of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm diameter and with spools up to 15 kg, which makes longer jobs more comfortable.

Clear LCD display and easy operation

The control panel with an LCD display allows quick parameter setting and convenient handling of the machine functions. The screen shows the key process data, among them welding current, wire feed speed, voltage, voltage correction, inductance, wire diameter, 2T/4T mode and the recommended material thickness. The operator therefore keeps better control of the process and can match the settings to a given application faster.

• 2T/4T, choice of torch operating mode, useful above all on longer welds,
• Inductance, inductance adjustment that shapes the arc character, the width of the weld face and the amount of spatter,
• Spool Gun, the option to work with a torch carrying the wire feeder in its handle,

• Hot Start, easier electrode ignition in the MMA process,
• Arc Force, steadier welding with a covered electrode, also in forced positions,
• VRD, reduction of the open circuit voltage in the MMA process.
