SPARTUS® EasyMIG 320 is a modern, professional inverter machine for MIG/MAG welding under inert or active shielding gases and for welding with a covered electrode, MMA. Because the polarity is easy to change, it also welds with self-shielded wire without gas.
The maximum welding current of the SPARTUS® EasyMIG 320 is 300A for the MIG/MAG and TIG processes and 250A for MMA. The high 60% duty cycle keeps the output parameters stable during long welding jobs. The machine runs on a three-phase 400V supply.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 320 carries a synergic MIG/MAG welding system with the option of correcting the parameters by hand. The machine offers a choice of these programmes: steel CO2, steel with mixed gas, aluminium, flux cored wire welding. A flashing voltage diode on the panel shows that a synergic correction has been entered.
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 320 has a set of functions that support the welding process: operating mode 2T/4T, inductance adjustment, Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD.
The professional four roll feeder keeps the welding wire running steadily. The sturdy, compact build makes this a good machine for work in hard conditions, with room to mount a gas cylinder on the chassis.
