SYNERGIC AND STRONG IGBT MIG WITH LCD DISPLAY
SPARTUS® EasyMIG 375 is a modern inverter semi-automatic welder built around IGBT transistors. It welds with a consumable electrode under inert and active gases (MIG/MAG), with a covered electrode (MMA) and in TIG Lift with scratch arc ignition. Because the welding polarity can be changed, the machine also welds with self-shielded wire without gas.
The maximum welding current is 350A for the MIG and TIG processes and 300A for MMA. The machine runs on a three-phase 400V supply.
The machine carries synergic programmes for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires from 0.8 - 1.2mm in diameter. The settings can also be corrected by hand. Modern engineering gives the welder a set of functions that support the welding process:
2T/4T, choice of one of three operating modes (MIG/MAG)
Inductance, welding inductance adjustment, control of bead width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), fewer weld spatters
Slow Feed , a soft start of the wire feeder, useful above all when welding at high currents and high wire feed speeds
Hot Start, easier electrode striking (MMA)
Arc Force, easier welding in forced positions (MMA)
VRD, reduced open circuit voltage (MMA).
The high grade four roll wire feeder keeps steel, stainless and aluminium welding wire running steadily. Stable output parameters keep the weld quality where it should be.
