The SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 offers many options in MIG/MAG welding and joins manual mode with an advanced synergic mode based on ready synergic programs. In MIG Synergy mode the machine supports the operator actively and suggests the best working parameters, such as the material thickness and the wire feed speed, which speeds up setup considerably and makes work on changing production jobs easier. At the same time the user keeps full control of the process thanks to manual correction of the parameters, which allows the arc characteristic to be matched precisely to personal preference and to the nature of the material.

The SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 offers extensive options for configuring the MIG/MAG welding process that go beyond the standard settings available in classic MIG/MAG welders. The user has access to precise adjustment of parameters such as the gas flow time before and after welding (pre-flow, post-flow), burn back, or the soft start of wire feeding (slow feed), which allows the process to be prepared in the best way and limits the formation of weld defects.

In addition the machine allows control of the arc dynamics through adjustment of the start and end current and setting of the current slope up and slope down time. Such a broad adjustment range allows the welding characteristic to be matched to specific technological applications and raises weld quality, process stability and repeatability in series production.
