How do I replace the Evolution Vision inner lens?

Raise the flip, rest the helmet chin up, slide both locking tabs to the middle and pull the filter out. Remove the old lens with the plunger supplied with the helmet; locate the new one under the tabs, bend it slightly and push it under all tabs. Then slide the filter back into the flip and move the tabs outwards.

When should I replace the inner lens?

When it is cracked or scratched or impairs vision. The manual recommends a daily check and regular replacement of the lenses with genuine parts.
