How to use the inner lens plunger

In Evolution Vision 65 helmets, first take the ADF filter out of the flip-up element. Push the plunger onto the inner lens until it has firm suction and pull: the lens comes out. Fit the new lens with one edge under the tabs, bend it slightly and push the other edge in.
