The EWM Integral MIG 300 is a compact inverter MIG/MAG welder with liquid cooling, for a 400 V supply. The card gives a welding current up to 300 A. The machine works synergically, with pulse, and apart from MIG/MAG it handles TIG lift and a covered electrode.
What this machine is for
The power source, the wire feeder and the cooler sit in one housing, so the set is small and light for this current class. You roll such a machine onto an assembly station or take it out on service, without splitting it into modules.
Three processes in one unit close the subject of a repair. In MIG/MAG you weld with wire in a gas shield, in TIG lift mode you strike the arc by rubbing the electrode against the material, without a high frequency circuit, and in MMA you take a covered electrode. Pulse doses the heat on thin sheet. Hot start raises the current at the beginning of the run so that the arc strikes surely, and crater fill runs the current down at the end and fills the crater.

What to watch out for
The supply is a 400 V mains and a three phase circuit, set the size of the fuse with an electrician. The cooler sits in the housing, so before the start check the fluid level, the flow and the tightness of the quick couplings, and pick a fluid with frost protection. For MMA and TIG lift mode buy an electrode holder or a TIG torch with a gas valve, the card does not list them. It does not give the duty cycle, the weight or the dimensions either, so confirm the set before collection.
