Expert MIG 550W Pulse Pro7 LCD is a 500 A inverter welding power source with a three-phase 3x400 V supply and an external 4-roll wire feeder. It welds MIG/MAG, FLUX, TIG LIFT and MMA, with single and double pulse. On the 7-inch LCD touchscreen you set the material thickness and welding type, and the arc control system selects the rest. The set includes a cooler and a trolley.

Features
MIG/MAG modes
MIG Syn selects the parameters automatically, and in MIG Man you set everything yourself. PULSE and Double Pulse are for welds in every position. You adjust gas pre-flow and post-flow, arc length, pulse current, spot welding time and inductance. The JOB function saves and loads settings.
TIG LIFT and MMA
In TIG LIFT you adjust welding current, current fall time, trigger mode (2T/4T) and material thickness. In MMA you have HOT START, which makes ignition easier, and ARC FORCE, which keeps the arc from going out.
Cooling and protection
The cooler has flow signalling, and the fans in SMART mode watch the temperature and limit dirt getting inside. The power source has overload, overvoltage and undervoltage protection.
